In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Developer Policies, users of the Zain Bike Center (ZBC) mobile applications have the full right to delete their account and all associated personal data permanently at any time. You can delete your account instantly within the app, or submit a request via this web portal.

📱 Method 1: Delete Directly Inside the Zain Bike Center App (Instant)

If you currently have the Zain Bike Center (ZBC) app installed on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device:

  1. Open the Zain Bike Center (ZBC) app.
  2. Tap on the Settings icon (or go to Profile → Settings).
  3. Locate the Delete Account option (with red trash icon).
  4. Tap Delete Account, read the data consequences, and confirm.
  5. Your session will be closed immediately, push tokens revoked, and all personal identifiable data permanently purged.
🌐 Method 2: Request Deletion via Web / Email (No App Required)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, submit the deletion request form below. Our support team will process and verify your request within 48 to 72 hours:

⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your order history, active discounts, and saved addresses cannot be recovered. Any orders currently in active transit will still be delivered.
